The FA Cup 16" x 12" display includes a decade styled Railway Poster from our collection, along with a copy of the FA Cup Final matchday programme cover, plus a third aperture which contains the full team and score details of the match. The collection runs from 1923-1965.
The various British national railway companies have fascinating archives of railway posters spanning over a 150 years. Extensive research has uncovered a small selection that were geared towards football travel. Each of these posters have been exclusively designed to capture the elements of design and structure of the original posters and the age they were printed, but tailored to every individual football club in England and Wales.
The most unique feature of this product is that it is printed in the finest art paper available on the market. The paper is made by Hahnemuhle and is called Albrecht Durer 210gsm Natural Mould, white made 100% rag content - Now, we are aware that may sound like gobbledegook, but it's a nice, textured paper that will archive the print, and allow it to maintain it's quality and feel.
Frames are triple dome mouldings with mahogany finish and gold sightline.
