Manchester City's stars of the legendary Mercer/Allison years are remembered in this 15 cigarette card set of portraits. In total, there are 18 illustrations included in this set, with three cards featuring extra insert portraits of important City players, who also contributed to the Maine Road cause during this period. The reverse side of this set provides details on all of those City greats. 
Set: Harry Dowd, Colin Bell, Alan Oakes, Francis Lee, Glyn Pardoe, Joe Corrigan, Joe Mercer, Malcolm Allison, Willie Donachie, Mike Doyle, Mike Summerbee, Tommy Booth, Tony Book, Tony Coleman, Neil Young. Players featured as inserts are, Ken Mulhearn, Dave Connor and George Heslop.
The set is mounted in a green mount with apertures for each card and framed in a mahogany frame with gold sight-line.
